The course is organised around CCEA's three Contexts for Learning β€” Identity, Lifestyle and Culture; Local, National, International and Global Areas of Interest; and School Life, Studies and the World of Work. It is tiered Foundation/Higher, and some tenses (the general imperfect, the future, object pronouns, the pluperfect and wider gerund uses) are recognise-only at Foundation and produced at Higher; the passive is recognise-only at both tiers.
